William Angliss Institue's Chef, Arnold Greiner, trains HEAT students

Arnold is employed by William Angliss Institute of TAFE and has been with HEAT since the pilot program in 2005. He has 30 years experience in commercial kitchens working from fine dining to cafes.

HEAT Manager

Vanessa spent 12 years working her way through Australia and the United Kingdom in hospitality management and training. Vanessa joined HEAT in 2007 as the program coordinator and is committed to sharing her knowledge and skills with young people who are the future in the hospitality industry.

“I love the many different aspects of working with young people in a hospitality environment and the HEAT events that bring the community together and allow the students to shine”.

HEAT Youth Transitions Worker

Nadia joined the team at HEAT in 2011: Nadia studied youth work at Swinburne University and has a employment services background. Nadia has a striving passion for working with young people to engage them into further education and employment. The job brings with it many challenges and a great sense of achieveent for both Nadia and the young people Nadia works with.
