HEAT 18 will be holding their first HEAT Cafe, Customers can enjoy a two or three course lunch, non alcoholic beverage, tea or coffee.

HEAT FUNDRAISER DINNER
FRIDAY 8TH OCTOBER 7PM TICKETS $85

Come and join us for an amazing night to help the youth of St Kilda. The HEAT program, coordinated by St Kilda Youth Services, trains young people in hospitality to enable them to reengage in education and employment. The evening will be hosted by Republica with support of Tar & Roses and Hopkins River Beef. Show your support alongside HEAT patron Guy Grossi. Seats are strictly limited. Book now.

  HEAT Mockbars
Mocktails and bar style food will be prepared and served by HEAT 15
participants. The mocktail day gives students the opportunity to create their own mocktail (non- alcoholic cocktails) recipes and bar food menu, to design their own 'working' bar and to prepare for and serve customers.

  HEAT Graduations

Held at the conclusion of each program, HEAT graduation ceremonies bring students, their family and friends together to celebrate success. Guy Grossi (HEAT Patron) awards graduates with their certificates as the incoming group of HEAT prepare and serve delicious canapés and drinks.

 
 
  HEAT / AIRLIE Leadership and Development Fine Dining

A fine dining event held during each program, The Airlie Leadership and Development Centre owned by the Victoria Police open its doors to HEAT and give participants the opportunity to host a silver service lunch for thirty guests.
